Consider premium HDB flats in good locations rather than entry-level condominiums 2. Focus on use value rather than potential profit 3. Think long-term: within 20 years, you'll live essentially rent-free 4. Consider investing surplus funds in more liquid assets rather than property ### Affordability Solutions An interesting proposal suggested is the introduction of 60-year leases instead of the current 99-year model.
